Glow Up With My Core Four

I used to think alignment with my Human Design would come through journaling more, meditating better, or being more disciplined with my schedule. And sure, those things help. But you know what really moved the needle?

Energy. Nourishment. Focus. Mood.

Not from hacks, but from habits.

Maybe you’re in that space where you feel off—bloated, foggy, sluggish, overstimulated one moment and drained the next. You’re doing the inner work, but your body feels like it’s playing catch up.

That’s where these daily habits came in.

Not to “fix” me.

But to fuel me.

When I started layering in the Greens each morning, I noticed subtle shifts—clearer skin, less bloat, better digestion. But over time, as I added the Protein, swapped coffee for Matcha, and started reaching for a Fizz instead of that second (or third) coffee, I felt a complete reset.

My energy? Way more stable.

My focus? Sharper than it’s been in years.

My mood? Lighter.

My body? Finally onboard with the vision my soul has been holding.

These products didn’t just support my gut or clear my skin—they expanded my capacity to live more in alignment with my design. As a Generator, I need energy to respond. I need to feel good in my body to know what a full-body “yes” even feels like.

And that’s what these habits helped restore.

I know a lot of people obsess over what they need to cut out to feel better. But for me, it was about adding in the good.

Because when you stay consistent with the right support, the rest tends to take care of itself.
